Briscoe Manor is an estate that rests on over 50 acres of privately owned land. The property dates back over 200 years to when it was first used as a working ranch. While the estate no longer serves as a farmhouse, you can still find longhorns on the property as a stoic reminder of the house’s past. The team here is devoted to hospitality. Throughout your wedding, they will work with you to make sure you have all you need for your dream day.
Details of the Grounds
A Briscoe Manor wedding offers several locations where you can host your ceremony. Those who would prefer to have this part outside can use the covered Lakeside venue, The Courtyard, or The Rose Garden. Indoor weddings will be able to use The Briscoe Chapel for a service of any denomination. Once it’s time for your reception to begin, you can move your party into the indoor Grand Ballroom, where you will have plenty of space to celebrate!
Briscoe Manor offers two spaces for your cocktail hour. If you need a chance to escape the Houston heat, you can use The Bar just inside the house. Outside, The Courtyard remains a favorite spot for this portion! The Grand Ballroom and The Courtyard can both host up to 350 guests, while The Lakeside can host up to 300.
The venue has a private Groom’s Lounge and a Bridal Suite where you will have everything you need to get ready before the ceremony.
Briscoe Manor is a storied estate with light gray stone around the exterior. The interior of the building features vaulted ceilings and an exposed stone wall. The chapel incorporates the stonework as well, offering a bright and airy space where your guests can watch from pews as you exchange vows.

There are several Briscoe Manor spots that you will want to incorporate for your wedding portraits. The dressing rooms will be the perfect space to get pictures of your party before the wedding begins. Outside, you will be able to walk around and find spots that show off this vast and gorgeous land. The Rose Garden will be a gorgeous space for intimate pictures together following your ceremony. The outdoor swing tends to be a favorite spot for couples.
